SEVENOAKS CAMERA CLUB Annual Exhibition
22 July – Saturday 1 August 2026
If it’s summer, it’s time for another edition of the Sevenoaks Camera Club Annual Exhibition. Celebrating the multiple possibilities of contemporary photography in two exhibition spaces. Kaleidoscope Art Gallery and Mezzanine space.
Prints will be displayed every day and, in an improvement on past years, the entries in the digital category will be showing every day on a large-screen TV. Club members will be in the Gallery on Saturdays ready to talk about the Club.

Unmounted prints in the mezzanine area will focus on Club members’ pictures of local activities – either on their own account or as part of a Club project. As well as showing some of the things we do in and for the local community, it will also show that you don’t have to travel far to get good photos: they can be found almost on your doorstep.

The 200th anniversary of the first permanent photograph to have survived, taken by Nicéphore Niépce, is being celebrated in France over 2026 to 2027. We don’t of course have that picture but we will join in the spirit with a small display of Victorian photographs in the gallery’s vitrines.
